DetailBook Partner Agreement

This agreement is between DetailBook (“we”, “us”) and the Partner (“you”).

By participating in the DetailBook Partner Programme, you agree to the following:

1. Partnership Overview

You agree to promote DetailBook to the people you work with or reach (your customers, students, followers or other detailers) using your unique referral link and/or QR code provided by us.

2. Commission Structure

You will earn:

• 50% of the first monthly payment made by any customer you refer
• 20% of monthly payments thereafter, for up to 12 months from the customer’s first payment

Commission is only payable while the referred customer remains an active paying subscriber.

3. Eligibility for Commission

• Only paying customers qualify for commission
• Free trials do not generate commission
• Cancelled, refunded, or failed payments do not generate commission
• DetailBook reserves the right to determine valid referrals

4. Attribution

Referrals are tracked via your unique link and/or QR code. DetailBook uses standard tracking methods (such as cookies and referral links). We cannot guarantee attribution in all cases, including where tracking is blocked, cleared, or bypassed.

5. Payment Terms

• Commission is calculated monthly
• Payments are made via bank transfer
• A minimum payout threshold of £50 may apply

6. Partner Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Promote DetailBook honestly and accurately
• Not make misleading claims about the platform
• Not spam or misuse your referral link
• Not refer yourself or create accounts for the purpose of generating commission

7. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time. DetailBook reserves the right to withhold commission in cases of abuse, fraud, or misuse.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement or commission structure in the future. Partners will be notified of any changes.
